Key Responsibilities: As an Educator you will be responsible for managing and delivering training sessions within your allocated region. Your role will focus on ensuring that learners are proficient in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in laser, skin, and body treatments. You will assess skill gaps, provide action plans for improvement, and ensure that all training is delivered with compliance to safety protocols and policies. Manage and Deliver Training : Lead and deliver engaging training sessions to ensure learners gain proficiency in all aspects of laser, skin, and body treatments. Identify and Address Skill Gaps : Assess learners' progress and identify any skill gaps. Develop action plans to help learners achieve their full potential. Compliance & Safety : Ensure that all training is conducted in full compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies. Foster Collaboration : Provide constructive feedback and encourage collaboration to improve learning materials and training effectiveness. Support Learners : Assist in the development of learners by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them succeed in both theoretical and practical components of their training. What you’ll need to succeed: Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role Proven experience and expertise in laser, skin, and body treatments. Diploma of Beauty Therapy Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Strong sales experience, preferably from the same industry Solid stakeholder engagement Ability to work independently with minimal supervision/guidance and collaboratively within cross functional teams High levels of attention to detail Why Join Us?
